Delete Your Driver Account
You can request to delete your driver account at any time. Please read the following information carefully.
Important Warning
Deleting your driver account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your personal data, vehicle information, earnings, and information associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your driver account, the following information will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile information (name, picture, phone number, email)
- Your vehicle information and documents
- All completed trip history
- Earnings record (after withdrawing due amounts)
- Ratings you received from passengers
What Will Be Retained
For legal and security purposes, we may retain some information:
- Records required by law (such as financial transaction records)
- Financial transaction information for the legally required period
- Records related to safety and security
Important: Due Earnings
Before deleting your account, you must:
- Withdraw all due earnings from your account
- Wait until all pending transactions are processed
- Contact us if you have any pending earnings
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: From Within the App
You can delete your account directly from within the Laween driver app:
- Open the Laween driver app on your device
- Go to Settings
- Select "Delete Account" or "حذف الحساب"
- Follow the instructions and confirm the deletion
Method 2: Contact Us
If you are unable to delete your account from within the app, you can contact us directly via the email or phone number listed below. Please provide us with your registered phone number in the app to verify your identity.
Processing Time
After requesting account deletion, we will process your request within 30 days. During this period, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to access it.
Note: The complete deletion process may take up to 30 days to ensure all data is deleted from all our systems and backups.
Export Your Data
Before deleting your account, you can request to export a copy of your personal data and earnings. You can do this from within the app in Settings > Export Data.
